The web development team specializes in designing, building, and maintaining web applications, ensuring they are user-friendly and responsive. Using a combination of programming languages, frameworks, and tools, they create dynamic and visually appealing online experiences that drive engagement.
The mobile development team focuses on developing native and cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android devices, leveraging their expertise in mobile app design, development, and optimization to deliver seamless user experiences and meet the demands of today's mobile-first world.
This team is cheerful and united, an inclusive group where everyone feels appreciated for their individuality. Dedication, respect, and being natural and flexible are important as our team strives for efficiency, and harmony and always does its best.

TechX is our newest department in terms of roles created in ITSS. They are our business department, making sure our delivery process is efficient and smart, with agile in mind, fostering adaptability and collaboration, to ensure efficient and timely delivery of projects.
This diverse team, composed of business analysts, project managers, UX designers, and QA engineers, brings together expertise and perspectives. The business analysts meticulously analyze user requirements, feeding essential insights to the project managers who orchestrate timelines and resources. UX designers craft intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, ensuring seamless user experiences, while QA engineers rigorously test products and features to guarantee quality and reliability. They collaborate seamlessly, combining their specialized skills to drive innovation and deliver high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations.

For quite some time, we envisioned assembling a department that would bring together our foremost experts in backend technologies, aiming to amplify their knowledge and cultivate a thriving backend practice. This aspiration materialized in the form of our Digital Transformation department, as our largest technical division.
Here, one will explore different backend languages, will experiment and transition by rotating among different projects and responsibilities and will have the chance to choose a specialty, being recognized by their expertise and work discipline.
This team embraces technologies and values the diversity of projects and languages used. They are eager to explore new directions and ways of working, but always aiming for a balance. They are the team we call upon whenever we have particular project needs or creative community initiatives. For example, they were the most supportive of our intensive annual internship ’Smart Academy’, and invested a lot of energy into mentoring our interns. In addition, we managed to automatize HR processes and our internal reporting with their very valuable help, turning ideas into strong products such as Harp, our new-generation HR application. This team cultivates flexibility and honesty as strong work values, and has a very efficient way of making business ideas and projects come true. Their complexity in terms of expertise is paramount for us and we appreciate their interest in always developing new skills.

Despite being a small team, the Api Development &Platform Engineering Team consistently delivers on its promises, no matter the challenge. Their journey began with a demanding retail back-office project, a task daunting for many but invigorating for Brindusa and her team. Not only did they receive exceptional feedback from the client, establishing themselves as trusted advisors in that sector of their business, but the retail initiatives for that client saw a tenfold increase as well. This success story is just one of many within this team, reflecting their steadfast belief in incremental success.
With a laser focus on the clients' needs, they approach each endeavor with confidence, striving to exceed expectations. More recently, their achievements include providing cutting-edge API management solutions to numerous Romanian banks, pioneering Open Banking with our inaugural ITSS product, and now embarking on cloud transformation through DevOps journeys.
Fairness and flexibility are the core values cherished by this team. Supporting businesses with diverse solutions demands adaptability, whether it's transitioning between technologies or shifting focus from hands-on development to offering guidance and consultancy, even testing.
