Requirements
We are looking for a true hunter: a high-energy Senior Sales Consultant who thrives on opening doors, shaping complex digital deals, and driving revenue across the banking and financial sector, as well as utilities, insurance, and fintech clients. Ideal candidates come with a strong sales background, but we also welcome Delivery Managers, Project Managers, or IT Consultants who have been actively involved in sales cycles and want to transition into a commercial role.
You will represent a portfolio covering digital channels (omnichannel solutions), integration & middleware, digital identity, and adjacent enterprise IT services. Your mission: expand our footprint in Romania and international markets while acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients.
Your Mission:
Driving Growth
Growing revenue for your assigned portfolio (cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, integration services, and more).
Expanding the client base by identifying and cultivating opportunities across new and existing accounts.
Meeting and exceeding annual sales and profitability targets.
Owning the Market
Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for assigned services and positioning them in front of C-level decision-makers.
Building and executing the go-to-market strategy for your portfolio.
Performing market segmentation to identify high-potential prospects.
Leading the Sales Cycle
Delivering compelling, tailored presentations that translate complex technology into clear business value.
Leading cross-functional proposal teams, ensuring both technical accuracy and commercial competitiveness.
Negotiating proposals, managing stakeholder expectations, and closing deals efficiently.
Shaping Strategic Relationships
Serving as the primary point of contact for prospects during the entire engagement.
Building strong relationships at all layers of the client organization—project teams, business stakeholders, and C-suite executives.
Actively researching client environments to anticipate IT investments and influence early in the decision cycle.
Monitoring competitors, defining differentiation tactics, and crafting winning strategies.
Representing the Company Externally
Participating in industry conferences and events, both as a speaker and attendee.
Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to successful delivery.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
5+ years in IT software services or enterprise digital solutions
Experience working directly with clients, including C-level executives
Background in BDM, Account Management, Presales, Product Management, or Delivery
Understanding of enterprise environments, digital trends, and integration architectures
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills (English required)
Strategic thinker with a proactive, hunter mindset
