●  Grows the volume of business for the assigned portfolio of services (Systems of engagement, Business logic and decisioning, System integration);

●  Identifies business opportunities within assigned territories (Ro, new and existing clients) in order to increase the client base;

●  Achieves the financial targets set for the assigned portfolio of services.


●  Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for the assigned portfolio of services (Systems of engagement, Business logic and decisioning, System integration);

●  Owns the growth strategy for the assigned portfolio of services

●  Performs market segmentation in order to identify the most attractive prospects;

●  Delivers compelling presentations to prospects;

●  Leads the proposal team, is accountable for the technical and commercial proposal, negotiates the proposal and closes the deal;

●  Attends conferences and industry events, both as a presenter and a participant;

●  Is the main contact person for the prospects he/she is engaged in a communication with and represents Company in the business relationship with them;

●  Develops business relationships with all stakeholders of the customer, from project team members to C level executives;

●  Researches the customer environment to get information about the desired and/or budgeted IT projects;

●  Learns about the competitive landscape and defines the winning strategy for Company by differentiating against the relevant competitors;

●  Works closely with the entire Company organization to successfully win new business and deliver contracted projects.

Qualification and skills:

●  5+ years of experience in IT Software Services selling and/or delivering B2B solutions;

●  3+ years of experience in a customer facing role having to engage in business relations at all levels of the organization, up to CxO;

●  2+ years of experience in dealing with (Systems of engagement, Business logic and decisioning, System integration);

●  Previous experience in a BDM, AM, Presales or Product Manager;

●  Good understanding of the Enterprise environment;

●  Is able to transform ideas into exciting presentations and plans;

●  Strong understanding of digital trends and best practice;

●  Highly organized with strong written and oral communication skills;

●  Excellent command of English language;

●  Soft skills: team player, strategic thinker, objective driven, flexible, problem-solver.
