Requirements
Are you passionate about transforming complex banking operations into smart, efficient digital solutions? We’re looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in shaping next-generation banking systems.
What you’ll do:
Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate banking requirements into actionable technical solutions
Analyze, document, and optimize workflows across core banking systems
Bridge communication between technical teams and business
Support compliance and regulatory initiatives – AML knowledge is a strong advantage
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in the banking or financial sector
Understanding of banking processes and products
Excellent analytical and documentation skills
Familiarity with AML / compliance frameworks is a great plus
