Requirements
This job is the one for you if:
You have communication skills, facilitation skills, organizational skills, analytical thinking, and a problem-solving mindset;
You are detail-oriented and committed to a high level of accuracy - your documentation is read and followed by our clients, by our development and QA teams - the more accurately written, the better;
You are looking for a position that involves conducting requirements such as workshops/interviews/observation or other techniques;
You have modeling processes experience using various notations (Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, Business Process Modeling Notation, Workflows, Swim lanes);
You know technology structures: networks, databases, communications, entities + Web Services REST/SOAP;
You have experience with SQL;
Nice to have: previous experience with DWH (Data warehouse)/ data analysis;
You have previous experience on a banking project, on mobile and web applications;
Romanian work permit.
Some of your main job responsibilities:
Responsible for requirements gathering, definition, and analysis;
Produce and update functional specifications as per project needs (Agile/ Waterfall);
Act as interface between customer and implementation team;
Support Technical Consultants in the design phase;
Support Developers and the QA team during the development and testing phases.
