Requirements
We’re looking for a skilled CIAM Consultant to join our team and help design, implement, and customize Ping Identity solutions for clients in the banking and financial services industry.
This is a hands-on consulting role that blends development, architecture, and client-facing discovery work. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them from early discovery through solution design and delivery, ensuring secure, scalable, and user-friendly identity solutions.
What You’ll Do
Lead discovery and requirement workshops with clients, translating business and regulatory needs into CIAM solutions
Design CIAM architectures and guidelines aligned with banking security and compliance standards
Implement and customize Ping Identity solutions (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne, PingDirectory, etc.)
Develop and integrate authentication and authorization flows (SSO, MFA, APIs, customer journeys)
Support clients with best practices, solution guidance, and technical decision-making
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality consulting projects end to end
Contribute to documentation, standards, and reusable CIAM patterns
What You Bring
4–7 years of experience across CIAM / IAM projects, with a mix of development, architecture, and consulting responsibilities
Strong hands-on experience with Ping Identity solutions
Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, JWT
Experience working with banking or regulated environments (security, privacy, compliance)
Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience with APIs, cloud environments, and modern authentication patterns
Consulting mindset: structured thinking, strong communication, and customer focus
Nice to Have
Ping Identity certifications
Experience with CIAM UX flows, consent management, or customer journeys
Exposure to cloud-native or DevOps-based CIAM implementations
