This job is the one for you if you:
Have relevant minimum 2 years of IT recruiting experience;
Havee great English skills (both writing and speaking);
Have end-to-end recruitment process experience (including the offer stage for the candidates);
Have a solid understanding of the IT industry, technical roles, and industry trends;
Have experience with handling multiple open roles at the same time;
Are involved in organising internship programmes or technical bootcamps (nice to have);
Have creativity and ability to think beyond the restrictions;
Like to participate in employer branding activities and job fairs (nice to have);
Have continuous willingness to develop new skill sets;
Have tech-savviness, curiosity, persistence and you’re very organized;
Moreover, you are a people & client oriented person and you are able to identify the best ways to match the person with the team and business needs;
Are enthusiastic and spread positive energy around you;
Have experience with working directly with the Hiring Managers, providing feedback and updates on the progress;
Are a good communicator and open to give and receive feedback;
Are very flexible and adaptable;
Have a good eye/ flair for talent and you’re always up to date with what’s happening in the candidates' market;
And above all: you have passion for this area.
Some of your main job responsibilities:
Work with the rest of the team and hiring managers to help closing the open roles;
You will handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for our continuously growing IT team;
Find, attract, interview and prepare offer proposals for the suitable candidates in the IT area;
Understand technology, technical roles and technical skills;
Help with organising different IT internships;
Promote our employer brand;
Attract candidates using various sourcing tools and techniques (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, etc.) and different recruiting platforms or job boards;
Communicate with past applicants/ candidates regarding new job opportunities;
Help to develop talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation and recruiting campaigns;
Find and engage active/passive candidates through various channels;
Being part of our HR team, you might be involved in staging many nice #ITSSCommunity related initiatives or different events.
