Where we need your help:
With processes such as hiring, benefits, terminations or health&safety. You will closely work with our people booster department
With basic accounting processes so as to make sure we receive the fare payment at the end of the month. Also there will be some invoices and other interesting accounting stuff to be done
We need inventory management done right (laptops, licenses, etc)
Management of external visits
Office administrative &postal activities
We will appreciate a warm welcoming of our external guests and your support in organizing internal events
What will help you be at your best on this role:
Former experience with a similar role
Good working knowledge with Microsoft office and a tendency to learn technical stuff. After all, we are a tech company 😊
