We are a Romanian software company with craftsmanship in Digital Identity, Omnichannel, SOA, and pioneers in the Open Banking sector. We are proud pathbreakers in Future Banking, while exploring better ways to support our community through a flexible way of working.
We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our HR team and manage the first stage of our recruiting process.
Talent Sourcer responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. If you have solid networking skills, know how to source on social media (especially linkedin) and enjoy learning about different roles, we’d like to meet you. In ITSS we are responsible for the full life-cycle of delivery so the roles recruited will be both technical and business.
Ultimately, you will have many opportunities to grow and develop your career while in this role and HR Team, as we are a truly connected team with a focus on growing. You will definitely use the skills that you have obtained thus far, while acquiring new ones very fast from joining.
How your profile looks like?
Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role;
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings);
Creativity and ability to think beyond the limits;
Solid verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates;
Effective time-management abilities;
Ability to grow passion and joy from people interactions.
How can you help us?
Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack and Github);
Craft and send recruiting messages;
Reach out to different types of candidates and to engage with them;
Coordinate with hiring managers and HRBP to determine position requirements;
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search);
Build and maintain a talent pool that can meet the company’s future hiring needs;
Keeps track of pre-defined sourcing metrics and takes them into consideration in future sourcing approach;
Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks;
Promote our employer brand online and offline, when they reach out to candidates;
Find alternative channels of recruiting;
Communicate with past applicants or colleagues regarding new job opportunities.
