She helps us manage our performance processes, keeping us posted with deadlines and backing up all our metrics. HARP is the pride&joy of our HR Department, taking HR Automation in ITSS to a different level. She was developed in the internship phase last year by a team of enthusiastic developers and enhanced earlier this year with some cool features. Harp is SMART.
